International food fair 2013 was definitely a great event to start off a semester for HKSA(though it is week 6 already..). It was always exciting when thinking what food represents HK the best and of course the cooking process! (This time we started cooking red bean soup at 11pm on the day before the food fair till 3am in the morning lol)
All our food was sold out in the first one and a half hour! What a rewarding moment! The hard work of soaking the red bean for 12 hours and cooking it for 3 hours totally paid off.
